We Provide the AMC/CMC Services for all types of Refrigeration Systems like Split AC, Duct AC, Cassette AC , Chillers (Up to 1000Tr) , HVAC/AHU, Walk-in Cold Rooms (Package Units), Fire works , Fire consultant, Electricals services with materials and projects up to 33KV in Various Industries such as IT Sectors, Pharma Industries, Biotech, Construction industries .
We have Qualified Team who strictly believes and follows in Quality, Efficiency, in time delivery of the Services as per norms customer requirements. We handle All types of Services and Trouble Shoots in the Refrigeration systems, also deal with Single phase , three Phase Electrification Transformer Erections, Electrical wiring, Load calculations by adopting safety standards. We aim to achieve Economies of scale, because every customer needs under budget.

TECS Strengths
We give prominence to the Aesthetics & Technical details while carrying out of Refrigeration works, and Electrical works as per Preventive Maintenance check list, when in breakdown of equipment reduce the Turn at Time ( TAT ), On-site technicians by 24 hours duty as agreement .
Quality is achieved both by using latest tools & equipment & skilled manpower. Quality Assurance starts form the ordering of the materials and the order to the suppliers which contains the entire specification towards “Tender Document”. The Supplier will be given with strict instructions that the material supplied by the Supplier should be in accordance with the specification.
All the materials received at site will be visually checked for any physical or mechanical damagesand for missing or short supply items, the same will be reported to the Office to take necessary action as a primitivemeasure.
For all the major equipment supplied by us, necessary factory test certificates, instruction manuals, wherever applicable will be documented and copy of the same along with the final as built drawings will be submitted to the consultants/clients for their records and maintenance Records.

Few important safety aspects that we follow in Thermosence Engg and calibration Services include:
- Mandatory Personal Protective equipment is used on site, such as Safety Helmets, Safety shoes, Safety reflective jackets. A
- Induction program for new recruits are carried out and daily talks to all the Employees working on the site are provided,
- Child Labour is strictly prohibited.
- Workmen compensation policy is obtained for all the projects.
